OPTIX UV/LIGHT CURE PRODUCTS

The OPTIX product line is a series of light curing adhesives, masking compounds and coatings for the commercial, medical, and electronics industries. OPTIX systems cure in seconds upon exposure to UV/visible light and offer superior adhesion and performance to a variety of substrates. They are moisture and humidity resistant, solvent free, leave no residue and are available in gap filling viscosities.

Our solvent-free conformal coatings protect circuit boards from thermal shock, moisture, humidity, and corrosive materials extending longevity in harsh marine, automotive, aerospace, and electronic applications. One part coatings are dispensed and cured in 5 seconds or less with standard equipment.

Our peelable UV cure masking systems eliminate labor-intensive tape and slow cure latex coatings in electronic, medical, automotive, and aerospace applications. They leave no residue behind and are available in multiple viscosities from flowable to non-sag.

In production process environments, the outstanding adhesion of OPTIX UV curable masks seal a variety of substrate surfaces, therefore preventing contamination from acid, alkaline, and plating solutions. These systems provide protection from air plasma spray, peeling, and grit blasting. Optix UV masks cure in seconds and peel at room temperature, residue-free.
