About Resin Designs

Resin Designs, LLC is an ISO 9001:2008 registered facility, located in Woburn, Massachusetts. It was developed in 2005 to provide enhanced forms of adhesive usage to the industry. Resin Designs, LLC, is a single source provider that supplies high performance UV curing systems, medical adhesives, urethanes, and epoxies/resins. In 2008, the company acquired TechFilm, LLC, adding specialty b-staged films/preforms, custom die cutting and screen printing to our product line.

The scope of the operations is the design, development and manufacture of adhesive material, conformal coatings, preforms and films for a wide range of applications including aerospace, communications, microelectronics, optics and medical markets.

The Problem Solvers

Resin Designs was founded to develop and manufacture synthetic polymer materials for hyperthermia studies in cancer research. From our initial success in hyperthermia products, we have diversified into many other areas, from the production of light curing resin bonding materials to the encapsulation of sensitive microelectronic components. Our product line is divided into 5 major categories: potting/encapsulation compounds, UV and cross-link bonding systems, medical and FDA regulated products, multi-cure conformal coatings, and electronic compounds. Resin Designs provides more than standard line products. We provide variations of these products to suit your individual needs and custom designed systems that reflect our willingness to adapt existing products and technologies and create new ones.
